Miss Jane’s Guest Bath

Jane has been in her home for over 25 years, and would like to give her guest bath a make over. After receiving quotes for a complete remodel, we decided a refresh would be the most practical. Still looking for the “wow” factor, I have come up with some design concepts for Miss Jane’s Guest Bath.

Jane will be able to select from 3 finishes for her vanity cabinet.

We will replace her outdated wall paper with something more current, depending upon the finish chosen for the vanity.

We will also replace the faucet along with the cabinet hardware, again bringing the room together.

To add shape and a bit of dimension, we will remove the builder grade mirror, and replace with a framed mirror, or mirrors and update the light fixture.

Clean and grout tile flooring, and replace frosted shower doors with clear glass.
